I open at the close(d meeting)

The State Board of Higher Education operates under the Oregon open meetings law. Bill Harbaugh's blog UO Matters goes into detail regarding whether or not the board's recent actions are in violation of this law. As recently demonstrated in cases involving the Lane Board of Commissioners, the State Board members could be sued individually in such a case.
